Imagine not feeling overwhelmed paralyzed by anxiety stuck in a cycle of shame disconnected
Therapy isn’t just for people with big problems.
Our clients are flourishing and motivated people. They function well in their day-to-day lives and desire to understand themselves and others in deeper ways. They want to get to the root of their anxiety, relationship issues with others, food, and their body.
Therapy can be a helpful resource to navigate life’s challenges before and/or after it becomes unbearable. Therapy can be a place to explore your values, navigate how to implement and/or enforce boundaries, create insight into your relationship dynamics, understand your family of origin, learn how to relax, or learn coping skills to manage stress.

Now Offering Brainspotting
Now Offering Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a modern psychotherapy method developed by Dr. David Grand in 2003. It helps individuals process and heal from trauma by using eye positioning to access and release unprocessed emotions and memories. The idea is that "where you look affects how you feel," and by focusing on specific points in the visual field, clients can connect with trauma stored in their brains, allowing for self-healing.
This technique evolved from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and targets the brain's emotional centers, bypassing logical thought processes. It is particularly effective in addressing PTSD, anxiety, trauma, and various psychological and physiological conditions. Brainspotting allows the brain and body to work together in the healing process, offering fast and transformative results.
Clients maintain control during the process, with therapists providing support. The approach works for both children and adults, and it is increasingly used for performance enhancement, creativity, and decision-making, as well as trauma healing. Sessions tend to be quicker and more effective than traditional talk therapy alone.
